Implementation Plan - objective 11 and 13

Senti reflects the requirements placed on dementia care providers to improve:
1.   Leadership in dementia care
2.   Care pathways
3.   Vocational training.

The dementia care module, developed as a QA support process in conjunction with South Gloucestershire, is now available as a combined QA/Training programme.

Staff work together to collect observations about each patient, and use these in conjunction with information that the patient/resident can supply to create a balanced profile.

This profile is audited to demonstrate to supervising managers and ultimately to the regulator, that the optimum service is being delivered to the resident.
